Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Regional Manager for the Western Cape Region, specializing in fleet card, rental, leasing, and management maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a strong background in fleet management, adept at leading diverse teams and driving business growth.

Job Description

• Lead and develop a team of professionals in fleet management, focusing on both 'farmers' (client retention) and 'hunters' (new client acquisition).

• Demonstrate expertise in various fleet management products, including full maintenance leases, operating leases, managed maintenance, and fleet cards.

• Exhibit a history of successful client acquisition, including tender business and corporate client engagement.

• Engage effectively with C-suite executives and entrepreneurs, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Apply knowledge of capital budgeting and project management to implement deals effectively.

• Understand and manage credit risk, crafting deals that are favourable and competitive.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.

Education

Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
