What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of ROI functions across multiple sites and ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Conduct meetings with client management to improve workflow and resolve issues
- Manage regional P&L and budgetary performance
- Recruit, hire, and train staff while ensuring productivity standards are met
- Perform Quality Assurance monitoring and conduct performance evaluations for staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum High School Diploma / GED required
- At least five (5) years of supervisory/management experience in Health Information Management in an acute care setting
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally, including overnight stays as necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s and/or Associate’s Degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Credentialed RHIT or RHIA
- Prior experience supervising a minimum of 20 full-time employees
- Excellent business writing communication and interpersonal skills
