      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily operations of ROI functions across multiple healthcare sites
      - Conduct meetings with client management to review and improve ROI operations
      - Manage regional P&L and ensure adherence to budgetary performance
      - Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet defined job responsibilities
      - Perform Quality Assurance (QA) monitoring and conduct performance reviews for staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum High School Diploma / GED required
      - Minimum five (5) years supervisory/management experience in Health Information Management
      - Strong knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally, including overnight stays as necessary

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s and/or Associate’s Degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Credentialed RHIT or RHIA
      - Prior experience supervising at least 20 full-time employees
      - Demonstrated excellence in business writing and interpersonal communication skills
      - Familiarity with data manipulation in spreadsheets, including Pivot Tables and Graphs
