- Operational Excellence – Ensure services are well-staffed, efficient, and compliant with CQC/CIW/RQIA regulations.
- Recruitment & Workforce Planning – Oversee regional hiring, ensure vacancies are filled efficiently, and support new care package mobilisations.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with clients, families, and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
- Performance & Growth – Drive KPI success in carer retention, recruitment speed, package retention, and service expansion.
- Crisis Management & On-Call Support – Be a proactive problem-solver, ensuring smooth service delivery at all times.
- Strong leadership experience in a field-based operational role
- Background in healthcare, social care, or domiciliary care (Complext Care, related regulations and CQC knowledge is a big plus!)
- A hands-on, solution-focused approach to operational challenges
- Proven ability to drive recruitment, workforce planning, and service quality
- Experience using workforce management systems (One Touch is a bonus!)
- Salary up to £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Job summary
