- Strong leadership experience in a field-based operational role
- Background in healthcare, social care, or domiciliary care (Complext Care, related regulations and CQC knowledge is a big plus!)
- A hands-on, solution-focused approach to operational challenges
- Proven ability to drive recruitment, workforce planning, and service quality
- Experience using workforce management systems (One Touch is a bonus!)
- Salary up to £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Job summary

Main duties of the job
