easyJet holidays are recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee in-destination operations, working directly with partners like hotels, transport providers, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to ensure service standards are met.
As a Regional Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for training and supporting our partners to deliver consistent quality, handling customer feedback to drive improvements, and ensuring crisis management plans are in place and tested. You'll play a key role in identifying areas for improvement, implementing action plans, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and partners.
The role combines customer operations, administrative management, and strategic initiatives. You’ll lead quality assurance efforts, monitor performance against customer satisfaction goals, and represent the "voice of the customer" across various projects. You’ll shape best practice, ensuring compliance with policies, and work with internal teams to deliver a consistently brilliant customer experience.
The position is based in Luton with frequent international travel. As part of the on call roster, you'll provide leadership during crisis’ and emergencies.
What you’ll bring to the team:
You’ll need to have experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments, preferably with a background in travel, tourism, or hospitality, but what matters most is a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to enhance the customer experience.
You’ll be somebody who is able to drive improvements, confidently address challenges with suppliers, and effectively engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in crisis management, emergency response, or contingency planning would be an advantage, as well as the ability to stay composed in stressful situations and prioritise service recovery. You’ll need to have project management skills and also have experience running workshops, training sessions, or exercises to build operational capacity.
You must also be able to undertake regular overseas travel in order to perform your duties.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
