What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage construction vendors to expedite the construction and splicing of outside plant (OSP) facilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers post-sale, ensuring effective communication and project ownership
- Oversee timely permitting and performance of engineering and construction vendors
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure the timely completion of projects
- Execute the bid process, including budgetary requirements and tracking

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years in the telecommunications industry with experience in outside plant, fiber optics, and project management
- Minimum of 4 years managing large capital projects and familiarity with outside plant construction
- Proficient in Email, MS Excel, Word, Google Earth, and AutoCAD
- Ability to understand and read construction documents

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven negotiation skills and a business-minded approach
- Experience managing multiple aggressive RFP and design construction schedules
- Familiarity with all facets of OSP management, including quoting and delivery
- Willingness to pull on-call duty as needed by the business
