      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive service to clients and team members
      - Maintain extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings
      - Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to finalized banquet event order (BEO) and contract
      - Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure exceptional culinary experiences
      - Lead BEO communication, confirmations, and updates to ensure clarity with Operations and Culinary teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling, booking, and executing events
      - Preferred experience in a fine dining restaurant setting
      - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
      - Strong customer service orientation and critical thinking ability
      - Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Tripleseat or similar event management software
      - Proven ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively
