      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls, assess needs, and direct callers to appropriate personnel
      - Schedule new patients, referrals, and returning patients in the system according to office guidelines
      - Obtain and enter insurance authorizations and related correspondence in patient charts
      - Collect co-pays and other out-of-pocket amounts at the time of visit
      - Maintain office scheduling templates and assist with other front office functions as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - 0-3 years of experience preferably in a medical office setting
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and coding is a plus
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of office experience, preferably in a medical office setting
      - Basic understanding of medical terminology and coding
