What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact for property-related matters with the owner's representative
- Review and approve all property purchasing while adhering to budget constraints
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and monitor marketing budgets and plans
- Oversee revenue management pricing and participate in pricing calls
- Analyze resident surveys and develop action plans for team performance improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of Property Management experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Management experience
- Proficiency in Yardi property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Real Estate License required in some markets
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as CPM, CCI, RPA, or CAM
- Experience with financials, budgets, and sales skills
