What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main contact for property-related matters with the owner's representative
- Oversee the review and approval of property purchases while adhering to budget constraints
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and budgets
- Engage in revenue management pricing and attend pricing discussions with the Revenue Management team
- Monitor resident satisfaction through surveys and create action plans for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of Property Management experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Management experience
- Proficiency in Yardi property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Real Estate License required in some markets
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as CPM, CCI, RPA, or CAM
- Experience with financials and budgeting in property management
