      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively prospect and build relationships with new clients, converting leads into valuable partnerships
      - Sell a range of payment solutions, including Visa, Mastercard, and ACH, while navigating complex hardware and software needs
      - Collaborate with various bank units to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize client profitability
      - Resolve client concerns and maintain exceptional service to foster long-term relationships
      - Accurately report all leads and opportunities within the CRM, utilizing dashboards and reports to analyze sales trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience in financial services with a strong ability to close deals
      - Experience in managing client relationships and providing exceptional service
      - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
      - Ability to effectively utilize technology to manage workload and client relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years' experience in merchant services sales within the $3-$50 million space
      - Previous sales expertise in the business/middle market space with annual sales of $3-$50 million
      - Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
      - Fluency in an additional language
      - Proficiency in Salesforce and strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
