What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Wholesale retirement solutions in the assigned region
- Develop new financial advisor relationships to generate proposals and sales
- Achieve sales goals by prospecting new clients in the territory
- Maintain a network of advisors, consultants, and retirement service professionals
- Partner with leadership to create and implement strategies for growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of TPA or recordkeeping wholesaling experience with a proven track record
- Strong knowledge of retirement plan services and recordkeeping
- Demonstrated experience in developing financial advisor relationships
- Willingness to travel 50-75% in the assigned region
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Retirement-specific credentials such as QKA, CPFA, CPFC, CLU, or ChFC
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and file-sharing tools like Microsoft SharePoint
- Exceptional public speaking skills
- Superior time management skills
