      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive, manage, and execute the business and revenue plan for a sales region
      - Recruit, hire, and train Area Sales Managers
      - Prepare forecasts, territory management, and growth plans
      - Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and referrals
      - Enforce the sales process, from initial contact through demo, contract negotiation, and closing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 8 years as a sales leader in the automotive space selling into dealerships
      - Proven success selling solutions or services to dealerships, with a deep understanding of dealership operations
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals
      - Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and manage a high-performing sales team
      - Bachelor's degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong negotiation and presentation skills
      - Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities
      - Experience in executing a formal sales process, from approach/prospecting to closing
      - Experience using a CRM methodically for sales success, preferably Salesforce
      - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (drive & fly)
