What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients in the multifamily housing industry
- Drive new business through calls, emails, social networks, and in-person meetings with a proactive approach
- Conduct product demonstrations, make recommendations, and manage proposals and contracts
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to log activities and manage the sales pipeline
- Travel regularly within the region and attend trade shows and events as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the multifamily housing industry
- Established network within the industry is a plus
- Self-starter mindset with integrity, resilience, and teamwork skills
- Ability to travel regularly within the region
- Must reside in or near Phoenix, AZ

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing client relationships within the multifamily housing industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
