What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to meet business objectives
- Drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with U.S. cancer centers and clinics
- Structure detailed strategic plans for acquiring and retaining clients
- Monitor sales performance to ensure objectives are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve company goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 years of competitive people leadership experience with a strong results history
- 3+ years of competitive selling experience in the healthcare market
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting
- Experience working with major cancer centers and oncology practices
- Proven track record of engaging and negotiating with customers at all levels
- Understanding of the payor and reimbursement environment in oncology
- Effective use of Salesforce.com for sales management
