      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales goals for the Northeast region
      - Manage and support a team of up to ten field sales representatives
      - Build and maintain relationships with school districts to promote Great Minds products and services
      - Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and enhance customer experience
      - Analyze sales performance and refine strategies to ensure accurate forecasting and market intelligence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years leading quota-bearing teams
      - 10-15 years of progressive experience in a service-related management role, preferably in the education industry
      - Experience in K-12 field sales, particularly with core curricula
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
      - Excellent communication skills and proven team management capabilities
