      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, hire, train, and develop a talented sales team to meet sales and market objectives
      - Cultivate and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders including interventional pulmonologists and hospital administrators
      - Plan and implement sales activities to achieve goals set by senior management
      - Provide training and support to physicians and staff on Biodesix products
      - Conduct routine field visits with sales consultants to manage performance and provide support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited university
      - At least 5 years of documented sales success and experience in sales management
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      - Strong work ethic and personal integrity
      - Competency in Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the sales process for pulmonology products
      - Experience developing and driving commercialization of innovative technology
