      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and develop a team of Account Executives to promote early cancer detection products within designated regions
      - Build and maintain partnerships with laboratories and key thought leaders to drive product adoption
      - Manage sales targets, reporting progress, and ensuring compliance with company policies
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance within health systems
      - Coach and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role in medical, diagnostic, or medical device industries
      - 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or management capacity
      - Proven track record of revenue generation and exceeding sales targets
      - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare providers
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading sales teams during product launches
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com and various sales methodologies
      - Established relationships with primary care providers and gastroenterologists
      - Strong analytical skills for tracking sales metrics and performance
      - Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
