      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of Account Executives to promote early cancer detection products to healthcare providers
      - Prospect and identify early adopter lists and secure partnerships with laboratories for phlebotomy draw agreements
      - Build strong relationships with key thought leaders and decision-makers in the assigned region
      - Manage sales targets, provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to the sales team
      - Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for the region, including budgeting and territory management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of direct experience in a customer-facing sales role within the medical, diagnostic, or medical device industries
      - 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or management capacity
      - Proven track record of revenue generation and exceeding sales targets in a relevant field
      - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading sales teams during product launches
      - Established relationships with primary care providers and gastroenterologists
      - Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking sales metrics
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com and various sales methodologies
      - A B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing
