      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and develop a team of Account Executives to exceed sales objectives
      - Drive strategic business expansion and collaboration with major cancer centers and key opinion leaders
      - Implement laboratory services agreements and maximize client-bill contracting opportunities
      - Analyze competitive landscape to provide feedback and ensure sales objectives are met
      - Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting
      - Previous experience managing remote teams
      - 7+ years of experience working with major cancer centers and oncology practices
      - Proven track record of revenue generation in diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors
      - Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics and the oncology market

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA in business or related field
      - Experience with consultative selling processes at the executive level
      - Proficiency in Salesforce.com and advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      - Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
      - Ability to develop cross-functional relationships to achieve work goals
