      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a market-level distribution strategy to grow product sales in Accidental Injury, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity
      - Collaborate with market leadership and internal partners to enhance understanding of sales needs and market conditions
      - Manage relationships with external supplemental health sales experts, brokers, and consultants
      - Accountable for achieving assigned supplemental health sales goals, including new business and persistency bonuses
      - Participate in meetings, seminars, and negotiations to drive product growth and market strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the health insurance industry
      - Proven track record of delivering business results
      - Ability to travel 70% within Northern California and report to the Walnut Creek, CA office as needed
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong executive presence
