What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive market-level distribution strategy to grow sales of Accidental Injury, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity products
- Collaborate with market leadership and internal teams to develop and execute growth strategies
- Conduct proactive outreach to local markets to enhance knowledge of supplemental health solutions
- Manage relationships with external sales experts, brokers, and consultants
- Accountable for achieving assigned supplemental health sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the health insurance industry
- Proven track record of delivering business results
- Ability to travel over 50% within the Pacific Northwest and report to Seattle, WA office as needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with executive presence
