What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop strategic alliances with travel agencies and Independent Consultants to drive revenue growth
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) in a consultative sales approach
- Create and execute implementation plans with agencies to realize committed revenue
- Monitor competitive activities in the marketplace and provide strategic feedback
- Represent the employer at events to cultivate new business opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in business, marketing, communications, or finance preferred
- Eight or more years of related experience in sales or the travel industry
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and SalesForce
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally by plane and car - 70%
- Strong sales and customer service skills
