      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Regional Presidents and RVPs on business activities, goals, and performance initiatives
      - Manage onboarding activities for all leadership roles within the region
      - Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional support departments
      - Participate in footprint transformation meetings and manage local execution of changes
      - Lead change management initiatives and operational integration during acquisitions and divestitures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-6 years of experience in real estate brokerage operations
      - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and lead projects
      - Proficient in building relationships and influencing others to achieve outcomes
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
      - Ability to operate well under ambiguity and adapt as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with change management initiatives in a real estate context
      - Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and analytical approaches
      - Proven track record of driving innovation within a matrixed environment
