What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a strategic sales enablement partner to the Regional President and other field leadership
- Oversee and manage onboarding activities for leadership roles within the region
- Act as the primary liaison for cross-functional support departments
- Lead change management initiatives and implement transformation actions
- Collaborate on regional M&A operational integration and divestitures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years' experience leading and executing operational strategy, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical approach
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate well under ambiguity and adapt as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in project management or change management within a corporate environment
- Familiarity with real estate sales processes and agent commission plans
- Proven track record of influencing outcomes in a matrixed environment
- Ability to drive innovation and uncover unmet needs within the organization
