      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Cultivate and sustain relationships with both new and existing clients within the fashion industry
      - Collaborate with the Territory Director to assess shipments, orders, sales, stock levels, and merchandising
      - Lead sales initiatives by managing market activities within the showroom
      - Focus on acquiring new clients and enhancing brand visibility through events and outreach
      - Attend and host trade shows and relevant in-season events while managing key customer accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
      - 3-5+ years of experience in fashion, apparel, retail, or wholesale
      - Ability to travel 50%-75% of the time
      - Access to a vehicle suitable for transporting collections
      - Strong sense of style and passion for relationship-building

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in Apparel, Business, Professional Services, Marketing, or Sales
      - Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve targets
      - Familiarity with managing and nurturing client relationships, including key account management
      - Strong grasp of industry-specific practices, products, and standards relevant to fashion
      - Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
