The Regional Sales Manager will be focusing on the Balkans region and will be co-responsible for the strategy and profitable growth of 12 countries including Serbia, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia among others.       About the job:

      In this challenging position you will be visiting countries which all have a different way of working and together you will be responsible to achieve main targets of growth & profitability. This role has a strong focus on stakeholder management and making sure that the distributors are supported and managed in the right way. You will be a part of internal project teams to make sure that the region gets the most successful approach and you’ll be continuously improving our ways of working.

      Next to this you will also be responsible for:

      • Executing & Deploying Commercial Strategy
      • Cross Functional Engagement and Contribution
      • Accelerating the current business by unlocking market potential
      • Regional Distributor Engagement and Partnership
      • Commercial Project Design and Delivery
      • Country Knowledge/Performance Metrics
      • Collecting the relevant data, keeping track of competition/market in territory and reporting competitors activities and developments in the countries
      • You have a Bachelor/Master degree and at least 2-3 sales experience. Working with distributors and experience in FMCG/healthcare industry is a plus
      • You have experience with/in Balkans region
      • Proven track record of taking on entrepreneurial challenges
      • You are a natural relationship builder and are a strong negotiator
      • You have a growth mindset and excel at simplifying the complex
      • Proven Agility, positive can do mindset and team-player attitude
      • Fluency in English is a must and another Balkans language is a big plus
