What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a strategic regional sales plan to achieve sales quotas and business development goals
- Identify key accounts for market penetration and drive new customer acquisition
- Manage promotional processes to maximize sales velocity and evaluate ROI
- Foster strong relationships with key retailers and effectively train broker teams
- Plan and execute regional trade shows, festivals, and demo opportunities as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of proven success in regional sales, preferably in the start-up or CPG industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with various organizational partners across different functions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry knowledge and experience working with external sales broker teams
- Proficiency in using Nielsen, IRI, or Spins syndicated data for sales analysis
- Passion for natural food and healthy eating, with a desire to innovate in the industry
