      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent sales representatives, wholesale distributors, and prospects
      - Create and execute an annual business plan for assigned territories, including opportunity mapping and sales goals
      - Mentor and coach independent manufacturer's representatives to enhance sales performance
      - Drive product adoption through training, specification generation, and compliance with building codes
      - Report on market trends and provide recommendations for pricing adjustments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in the plumbing or HVAC industry
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering preferred, or equivalent work experience
      - Excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
      - Ability to operate in both small business and corporate environments
      - Must reside within a 60-minute drive of an airport and possess a valid passport for travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CRM experience preferred
      - Experience in mentoring or coaching sales representatives
      - Familiarity with market trends in plumbing and HVAC sectors
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to manage corporate reporting deadlines effectively
