      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain relationships with independent sales representatives, specifiers, wholesale distributors, and prospects
      - Create and execute an annual business plan for assigned territories, including sales goals and forecasts
      - Mentor and coach independent manufacturer's representatives to enhance performance
      - Manage company sales KPIs to achieve annual business plan objectives
      - Report market trends and comply with pricing guidelines, making recommendations for special pricing as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the plumbing or HVAC industry
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering preferred; equivalent work experience considered
      - Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
      - A valid passport and ability to travel; must reside within a 60-minute drive of an airport

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CRM experience is preferred
      - Experience in both small business and corporate environments
