      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Directly sell aerospace aftermarket products and services to commercial airlines, cargo operators, and MROs
      - Identify and lead the execution of new sales opportunities aligned with strategic goals
      - Cultivate strong customer relationships across all organizational levels to understand and meet their needs
      - Advocate for customers by managing the Voice of Customer (VOC) process to enhance satisfaction ratings
      - Assist in the development of marketing strategies and materials for promoting products and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant aerospace experience in technical sales, business development, or customer management
      - Strong technical knowledge of aerospace products, processes, and certifications
      - Proven ability to develop and maintain exceptional relationships with customers
      - Proficiency in financial modeling for sales proposals and negotiations
      - Bachelor of Science degree in Technical, Engineering, or Business studies; Master's degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling aerospace products and services to airlines and MRO customers
      - Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
      - Familiarity with ERP systems
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
