What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Directly sell aerospace aftermarket products and services to airlines, MROs, and distributors
- Identify new sales opportunities and lead actions to secure new programs
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at all organizational levels
- Advocate for customer needs and drive improvements in customer satisfaction
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and materials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant aerospace experience in technical sales or business development
- Strong business knowledge of Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO)
- Proven ability to develop exceptional customer relationships across multiple functions
- Professional proficiency in delivering high-quality sales proposals and presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Engineering, or Business studies; Master’s degree preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred
- Technical knowledge of aerospace products and certifications
- Proven experience in selling to Airline and MRO customers
- Strong aptitude for financial and business case modeling
