      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales of aerospace aftermarket products and services to commercial airlines, cargo operators, and MROs
      - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic goals
      - Cultivate strong customer relationships at all organizational levels to understand their strategies and requirements
      - Advocate for customer needs and drive improvements in customer satisfaction and VOC ratings
      - Participate in industry trade shows and assist in developing marketing strategies and materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant aerospace experience in technical sales, business development, and customer management
      - Strong technical knowledge of aerospace products, processes, and certifications
      - Proven ability to develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships across multiple functions
      - Proficiency in sales proposal development and presentations, both virtually and in-person
      - Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Engineering, or Business studies; Master’s degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and tools
      - Knowledge of Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO) and OEM-MRO partnering strategies
      - Familiarity with ERP systems
      - High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      - Proven track record of working independently and in cross-functional teams
