      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Strategically lead the regional sales organization to achieve revenue and profitability goals
      - Develop and implement business strategies for existing and potential accounts
      - Train and coach Account Managers and Clinical Specialists to enhance sales effectiveness
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel and relevant functions
      - Monitor and control expenses to ensure financial goals are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience with a bachelor's degree or 3 years with an advanced degree
      - Strong understanding of business principles, industry dynamics, and market trends
      - Proven ability to develop organizational plans and deployment strategies
      - Experience in leading and managing sales teams, with strong communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the medical device industry
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
      - Bilingual in English and French
      - Change management training and experience
      - Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
