This position reports into the Vice President of Sales, CT&I (Construction, Transportation & Industrial) and would be a fully remote position in the field.
PEAC Solutions is seeking Regional Sales Managers to drive new business loans and lease originations from commercial equipment dealers in an assigned territory. This is a purpose-driven, high intensity role for competent and qualified sales professionals to drive significant results for the company and themselves. Essential Functions:
• Establish strong relationships with dealer principals, F&I managers, and/or sales leaders at the largest equipment sellers in your assigned geography
• Generate and support 25-30MM of equipment finance volume
• Deliver the PEAC Solutions value proposition effectively to key stakeholders, such that PEAC receives an increasing share of the dealer's financeable opportunity
• Identify, source, and sign new relationships to attain and exceed volume origination targets
• Act as the key relationship owner between PEAC and the accounts you support
Qualifications:
• 5+ years' sales experience in Equipment Finance, Commercial Equipment, and/or a combination of the two
• 5+ years' experience in any of the following industries: Construction, Transportation, Material Handling
• Track record of sales achievement
• BS/BA degree with focus in business, finance, or relevant field preferred; High School Diploma/GED required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Salesforce
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have the ability to travel at least 25-50% to commercial dealers in the assigned territory
