What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve the aftermarket sales plan and develop new business opportunities with assigned defense customers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customer representatives at all levels
- Support proposal activities to sustain and win new business
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, acting as the customer champion within the organization
- Communicate the "Voice of the Customer" to drive improvements in business processes and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business management, technical sales/marketing in the U.S. defense market
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills for market analysis, business planning, and customer/competitor analysis
- BA or BS or Technical degree or equivalent required
- Must be eligible to access Controlled Data or Information, requiring U.S. citizenship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Defense Aerospace market with a technical background; military experience preferred
- Willingness to travel regularly (up to 50%) to meet with customers and attend industry events
