What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve the aftermarket sales plan and protect current product lines and market share
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with defense customers and communicate their needs across the organization
- Support proposal activities to win new business and resolve customer issues
- Capture and communicate the "Voice of the Customer" to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide timely support in preparing proposals and responding to customer inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business management or technical sales/marketing within the U.S. defense market
- Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and secure profitable business opportunities
- BA, BS, or Technical degree or equivalent
- Eligibility to access Controlled Data or Information, complying with ITAR regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Defense Aerospace market with a technical background
- Military experience is preferred
- Willingness to travel regularly (up to 50%) for customer meetings and events
