      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve the aftermarket sales plan and protect current product lines and market share
      - Build and maintain strong customer relationships at both tactical and strategic levels
      - Communicate customer needs and expectations within the company to drive improvements
      - Support proposal activities to sustain and win new business opportunities
      - Resolve customer issues and facilitate effective communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business management, technical sales/marketing, or tactical/strategic partnering within the U.S. defense market
      - Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer representatives at all levels
      - Strong analytical skills for market analysis, business planning, and competitor analysis
      - BA or BS or Technical degree or equivalent required
      - Eligibility for access to Controlled Data or Information, requiring U.S. citizenship due to ITAR regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the Defense Aerospace market with a technical background; military experience preferred
      - Willingness to travel regularly (up to 50%) for customer meetings and events
