What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead retail sales initiatives on the East Coast, managing accounts from prospecting to closing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with national retail partners, overseeing key accounts
- Negotiate and manage contracts, promotions, and in-store marketing efforts
- Create and implement comprehensive national retail sales strategies, including pricing and promotional campaigns
- Generate reports on retail sales performance, analyzing metrics for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record in national retail sales management within the food and beverage industry
- Experience in the natural grocery/retail channel
- Excellent communication skills and structured thinking for stakeholder engagement
- Strong network and relationships with national retail partners
- Willingness to travel as needed (could be 80%+)
