      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to capture market share throughout the region
      - Maintain a robust sales pipeline of new project opportunities with both new and existing customers
      - Drive sustainable sales growth by building trusting relationships with key customers and industry influencers
      - Provide corporate and technical product presentations to customers and specialty marina dealers
      - Utilize the employer's CRM sales tracking tool to manage day-to-day sales activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3 to 5 years of technical sales and/or capital equipment sales experience in a B2B environment
      - Ability to read and discuss engineering drawings effectively
      - Strong preference for experience in the marina industry
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Construction industry experience and strong technical aptitude
      - Strong negotiating and presentation skills
      - Well-skilled in time, territory, travel, and expense budget management
