What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage new and existing dealers in the Construction/Geo-Positioning market
- Assist dealers in providing sales training on Topcon technology and products
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet/exceed assigned quota
- Prospect for new dealers and demonstrate products
- Prepare proposals, attend trade shows, and fulfill other required duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong understanding of geopositioning technology and products
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with distribution channels in the geopositioning industry
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and field operations
