      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and nurture relationships with current customers while identifying new sales opportunities
      - Promote Traffic Solutions products effectively within the market to achieve sales goals
      - Provide exceptional support and service to customers regarding product recommendations and applications
      - Utilize industry knowledge to monitor market trends and competition to inform business planning
      - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the Tennessee-Mississippi-Louisiana-Arkansas territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience in the pavement markings industry or significant experience as a business owner in construction contracting
      - Experience in the coatings industry, particularly in pavement markings, is highly preferred
      - Customer-centric approach and ability to collaborate effectively to address issues
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office products
      - Technical aptitude to understand product data sheets, MSDS sheets, and legal documents

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales within the coatings or construction industry
      - Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
      - Familiarity with scientific and technical journals related to the industry
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
