      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and direction for a team of Regional Account Managers (RAM) to achieve sales objectives
      - Manage recruiting, hiring, training, and development of sales staff within the designated region
      - Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract renewals for various waste management services
      - Develop and implement regional account sales strategies in collaboration with the National Accounts team
      - Ensure the adoption and accurate usage of the Clean Earth CRM system by the sales team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Educational equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field, Sales, or Marketing, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 10 years of sales experience with demonstrated leadership activities
      - High proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
      - Experience using a CRM system
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales management
      - Knowledge of hazardous waste regulations (RCRA and DOT)
      - Background in financial budgeting and forecasting
      - Familiarity with SFDC.com
