What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively seek and develop new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling and trade shows
- Maintain customer accounts in the CRM system and report on customer status and activity
- Execute consultative sales activities focusing on Loma's value differentiators
- Participate in trade shows and assist in the setup and teardown of Loma's presence
- Provide monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager and take ownership of regional growth goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Market Development, or Account Management
- Strong communication, analytical, and computer skills
- Proven customer-facing experience in sales and ideally marketing
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in industrial capital sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with mechanical systems and instrumentation
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
- Positive attitude and perseverance in overcoming challenges
