      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Successfully market and grow the company's product line through various channels in LATAM/Caribbean markets
      - Travel internationally up to 60% of the time to meet with clients and distributors
      - Generate new business sales and support existing distributors
      - Train distributor sales forces and independent manufacturer representatives
      - Communicate effectively and maintain relationships with key mechanical contractors and project sites

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role promoting HVAC, plumbing, or construction products in LATAM/Caribbean markets
      - Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Authorized to work and travel in and out of the USA
      - Proven written and verbal communication skills
      - Resides in the Miami, Florida Metro Area

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree in engineering, business, or completion of a technical trade school program
      - Strong public speaking skills and ability to present information effectively to large groups
      - Experience in developing and managing key administrative and reporting platforms
      - Familiarity with multitasking and managing multiple projects and deadlines
      - Proven ability to exceed forecasted sales goals
