      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and implement competitive strategies to achieve substantial growth in the assigned territory
      - Build rapport with existing customers and identify further opportunities for sales
      - Identify and pursue new customer opportunities within the Law Enforcement market
      - Prepare and adapt sales presentations to effectively engage with various customer types
      - Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably selling complex technology solutions
      - Strong technical aptitude with a good understanding of internet and wireless communication systems
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Proven ability to develop customized strategies and proposals that win new business
      - Valid driver’s license required; willingness to travel within the territory and to the Houston, TX facility (up to 70%)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with integrated video/security systems
      - Project management experience
      - Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Suite
      - Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
