What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and close sales opportunities in alignment with the company's strategic plans and financial objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with solar distribution channels and strategic accounts
- Actively pursue direct sales leads with installers, distributors, investors, and utility companies
- Assist with revenue forecasting and review sales results to ensure targets are met
- Collaborate with product management teams to enhance the product portfolio based on market feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree; BS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical sales
- Proven track record of over-achievement in sales
- Strong technical aptitude to understand and communicate product benefits effectively
- Ability to travel 50-70% of the time
