      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team to drive channel revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention
      - Ensure all territories are fully staffed and participate in recruitment efforts
      - Provide coaching, training, and performance management to Senior Sales Executives
      - Manage regional territory effectively, maintaining reports on pipeline activity and employee performance
      - Collaborate with various teams to optimize sales revenue and maintain customer relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four-year degree or equivalent experience; MBA or JD is a plus
      - 5-7 years of successful sales experience in the Business to Business marketplace
      - Sales management experience, preferably in the legal market
      - Proven ability in coaching sales processes and professional development
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
