      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team to drive channel revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention
      - Achieve sales quotas and renewal targets to support growth goals
      - Participate in recruitment efforts to ensure territories are fully staffed
      - Provide coaching and training to Senior Sales Executives to enhance performance
      - Manage regional territory effectively, including tracking pipeline activity and employee performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four-year degree or equivalent experience; MBA or JD is a plus
      - 5-7 years of successful sales experience in a Business to Business marketplace
      - Sales management experience, preferably in the legal market
      - Proven ability in coaching sales processes and professional development
      - Strong understanding of the law firm's overall business and market dynamics

      - Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of sales success
      - Experience in utilizing financial tools for planning and forecasting
      - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reach consensus among stakeholders
      - Excellent time management and organizational skills
      - Familiarity with the products and services for the Small Law Channel
