What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team to drive channel revenue growth through new customer acquisition and retention
- Ensure territories are fully staffed and participate in recruitment efforts
- Provide coaching and training to senior sales executives to meet sales quotas
- Manage regional territory effectively, tracking pipeline activity and employee performance
- Foster positive relationships with customers and assist with escalation issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience; MBA or JD is a plus
- 5-7 years of successful sales experience in a Business to Business marketplace
- Sales management experience, preferably in the legal market
- Strong understanding of products and services for the Small Law Channel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
